NEET 2025 allotment records: a guide to official documents
Find historical 2025 MCC allotment records, compare like-for-like ranks, and use the correct year’s reporting and counselling instructions.
Find the right historical document
For a 2025 comparison, start in the MCC UG archive and open the 2025 section. It contains round schedules, seat matrices, vacancy notices and final allotment results. A document uploaded in a later calendar year may still concern the 2025 admission cycle; read its title and contents, not just the archive heading.
Keep four document types separate
- Schedule: identifies the dated steps in a particular counselling process.
- Seat matrix or vacancy notice: describes the specified seat pool at that stage.
- Allotment result: records allocations for the stated round; check whether it is provisional, revised or final.
- Joining and reporting instructions: explain what an allotted candidate must do and by when.
A screenshot of one result does not replace the accompanying notices. Save the complete official document and its date when discussing it with a parent, teacher or counsellor.
Compare closing ranks carefully
When reviewing a historical rank, match the year, authority, round, institute, course, quota, category and rank type. A candidate’s category and the category of an allotted seat are not interchangeable fields. Check the document’s legend before interpreting abbreviations.
If a website calculates a closing rank from result rows, ask which rows and filters it used. Do not compare a state rank with an All India Rank or combine different quotas into one number. A past closing rank is not an offer of admission or a forecast of a later allotment.
Use the applicable year for an actual decision
For 2026, consult the revised 2026 bulletin and subsequent round notices. Do not carry 2025 deadlines or exit conditions into another cycle. For AFMC, MCC handles registration of interested candidates while AFMC conducts its own counselling; follow that institution’s process.
Before a reporting deadline, confirm the final result, allotment letter, required documents, institutional instructions and applicable fees. Ask the responsible authority about any unresolved eligibility issue. Keep a written record of the source used, the action required and the deadline instead of treating a predicted cutoff as an admission decision.

About this revision
Revised to separate historical allotment evidence, current reporting rules and AFMC’s institution-led process.
Sources checked on 20 October 2026. Dated facts describe the named documents; practical checklists are editorial suggestions. For a later examination or admission cycle, use that cycle’s official documents.
