1. The service and its operator

These terms cover the free study pages and student-account features at prep.topall.app. TopAll provides NEET and JEE chapter practice, quizzes, notes, mind maps, videos and educational articles. Use the features and access conditions displayed on the page you are visiting.

Personal-information grievances must be addressed promptly and within one month of receipt, as required by the applicable Information Technology (Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

2. Accounts and students under 18

Students under 18 may create an account with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Before registration, the parent or guardian should review these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy with the student.

Registration asks whether the student is under 18 and, if so, asks them to declare that they have that permission. It also records agreement to the terms, consent to the described account-data use, the policy versions and the date. We do not collect a date of birth or parent identity documents in this flow, and this declaration is not independent verification of a parent’s identity or consent.

A parent or guardian can contact support@topall.app about their child’s account. Please do not email a password, an identity document or sensitive personal information unless a specific, necessary verification step has been explained.

Provide an email address you can access and accurate account information. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. Do not access another person’s account without authority. An existing account created before this policy version does not acquire a new recorded agreement merely because this page is updated.

3. Learning and admissions information

TopAll is an independent preparation resource. It is not an official examination or counselling authority, and its questions and explanations do not guarantee a score, rank, selection or admission.

Check current syllabuses, eligibility, dates, notices and counselling decisions with the relevant official authority. Historical cutoff information and college tools are aids for comparison; they do not predict an allotment or replace official counselling rules. Content can contain mistakes, and the availability of an explanation or resource varies by page.

4. Appropriate use and learning materials

Use the service for lawful learning. Do not try to bypass access controls, impersonate another person, disrupt the service, submit malicious content or retrieve private account information.

Materials may belong to TopAll or to their respective authors and providers. Use downloads where the page offers them, subject to any displayed licence or attribution. Access to a resource does not grant ownership or permission to resell or republish it. Statutory exceptions and permissions remain available under applicable law.

5. External services and availability

External videos, linked websites and documents may be governed by the provider’s terms. Follow the provider’s instructions and the access rights shown for that content.

Content and features may change, and technical errors or interruptions can occur. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular educational outcome. They do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy, account requests and complaints

The Privacy Policy explains the account and learning information used by this website, browser storage, external providers and available choices. Agreement to these terms is separate from consent to the account-data use described in that notice.

For account closure, privacy requests, a content correction or a complaint, email support@topall.app. Identify the relevant account or page and the issue, without sending a password. Self-service export and account deletion are not currently available in Settings.

7. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. They do not prevent a user from approaching a court, regulator or other body with jurisdiction under that law.

The version and date below identify these terms. A change to this page does not itself create a record of new acceptance. New registration records the policy versions shown at signup.
